Michael Franks has been an operator for 25 years in various businesses such as: logistics, food distribution, high tech enterprises in silicon valley, ambulance transport and many more. He has completed many business restructurings. He has been involved with taking companies public as well as buying, restructuring, and selling companies.
In his spare time Michael has been an adventure racer competing in multiple eco-challenge adventure races, ironman triathlons, marathons and is an avid alpine skier.
Michael has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario and an MBA from Trinity CollegeDublin, Ireland and has completed the Corporate Restructuring M&A course at Harvard Business School (Executive Education).
Brendan is a graduate in Business Studies from the Dublin Institute of Technology. He received his MBA from Trinity College Dublin and worked for nearly a decade with multinational companies in Japan, UK and USA. He returned to Ireland and subsequently joined Intel Corporation (Ireland) in 1997, starting an 18 year career with them. During that time he progressed through key management roles in Finance, Innovation, Business Development and Corporate Affairs. In his final role for Intel, Brendan worked for Intel’s Sales and Marketing Group in a worldwide capacity.
Brendan has recently taken on the newly formed role of EMEA Executive Vice President for Adaptive in Ireland, leading the commercial expansion of the company worldwide from Dublin. Adaptive is one of the world’s leading data governance software and service providers. Brendan is also enrolled on the Trinity College Dublin PhD register researching the contribution that advanced manufacturing can make to a knowledge based economy.
